Reporting a Suspected Incident Guide

The following is a guide on how to report a suspected incident from the Armor Support Portal.

To report a suspected incident, please navigate to our Armor Support Portal.

  1. Click on Incident Response to report a suspected incident, sensitive data exposure or anything of similar nature.

  1. Select “Report a Suspected Incident”

  3. Time of Occurrence

  4. Summary: e.g. Suspected ransomware attack

  5. Description

  6. Cloud Provider

  7. Impact

  8. Affected Assets

  9. Attachment

  10. Approvers
